Head of consulting at Poznań's Concordia Design, Anna Wróblewska is a design management consultant with experience in the interior design, fashion, FMCG, and IT industries. She is involved in the creation of corporate strategies and structural changes in terms of design management and innovation. For seven years now, she has worked with the design thinking methodology on developing and implementing new products and services. Her development strategy for Meble Vox earned this furniture company a Design Management Europe Award 2009, the only one that went to a company from Central and Eastern Europe. Products developed under her management have earned prestigious national and international awards and have proved to be bestsellers. One examples is Young Users by Vox, a furniture collection that the Institute of Industrial Designed distinguished with its Good Design Award for the best new product in the Polish market in 2011. She has served on the juries of high-profile design management competitions. She created and manages Poland's first postgraduate study programme in Design Management at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw. She is a lecturer at Poznań's School of Form.
